Fitness Center

 

The Fitness Center has elliptical trainers, treadmills, stationary bicycles, and stair steppers for aerobic exercise; a full circuit of Cybex weight-training stations; a multifunction cable machine; hand-weights; balls; balance boards and more to provide a state-of-the-art fitness facility.

Monday - Saturday        6:00 am to 9:00 pm
Sunday                        6:00 am to 6:00 pm


Fitness Sessions

All members are encouraged to begin their use of the Fitness Center with a one-hour Orientation Session by one of the Club's personal trainers. Please contact the Pro Shop for your appointment at 585.271.1010, ext. 162. Click here for Fitness Rates.

Nutrition Counseling
Susan Troup, is certified by the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN). She specializes in designing nutrition programs to properly fuel your physical activity, maintain and build lean muscle and promote weight-loss. Click here for program and rate information.
