The Genesee Valley Club is the ideal location for your special event. Our lavish facilities can play host to any type of occasion. The terrace and grounds around the club provide cocktail receptions under sunny skies, and the formal and casual style found throughout the interior of the clubhouse is the perfect atmosphere for any event large or small.

Genesee Valley Club accommodates standing receptions up to 500 and seated receptions of 400 or less. More intimate gatherings of 2 – 50 can be celebrated by reserving one of our smaller rooms. We offer a variety of member or member-sponsored events including, but certainly not limited to:

Weddings
- Wedding receptions may be held at the Club anytime for members and relatives (children, grandchildren, parents, nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters of a member).
  
  The term "Sponsored Wedding Receptions" shall refer to those weddings and/or wedding receptions that are sponsored by a member of the Club in which the bride or groom is neither a member of the Club nor a child, grandchild, parent, niece, nephew, brother, or sister of a member, or of the spouse of a member. The member who is the sponsor of the Sponsored Wedding Reception (or such member's spouse) must be present at the Sponsored Wedding Reception. The sponsoring member shall be responsible for the payment of all charges relating to the Sponsored Wedding Reception.

- We offer an array of catering options for any special occasion at the Club. From casual to fine dining, we have options available for dinners, buffets and grazing stations. We will work with our members to create the perfect dining experience for their private event.
